We agree not to share or sell your information. This information is collected for the sole purpose of billing and shipping your order. All items on this web site are to be considered the property of Lengemann Corporation and may not be used without prior authorization from us.

Web Store Orders
At this time we are only accepting and processing orders from the United States and its territories (Billing and shipping addresses must be in the United States).
All credit cards must be United States based cards, i.e. issued by a U.S. bank.
Prices are subject to change without notice... we work very hard to give you quality products at competitive prices... everyday.
We reserve the right to correct any typographical or graphical error(s) without incurring any liability.

For orders that require LTL truck deliveries:
  • You must be able to accept truck deliveries.
  • If you need “liftgate” services, please let us know and the liftgate service charge will be added to your order.
  • For shipment address that are in a residential area/zone, applicable residential delivery charges will be added to your order.
  • Please be aware that Lengemann and any drop shipments from manufacturers will not pay charges for “inside deliveries”, “liftgate”, “unloading” or "residential delivery" services.
Sales Tax
We collect sales tax for the following states: Florida, Georgia, Alabama, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee and Oklahoma.

 - Government agencies 
 - End-users with a tax-exempt certificate on file
 - Please note you are responsible for submitting each year's new tax-exempt certificate to us
 - The sales tax will show on your web order, but the sales tax will be deleted when we process your order.

Lengemann honors the warranty as specified by the product manufacturer.

Errors and Omissions
We reserve the right to correct any typographical or graphical error(s) without incurring any liability.

Shipping Liability
When a package leaves our warehouse... the carrier is responsible for any damage incurred during transit to you. Please inspect all packages before signing for them and note any visual damage on the carrier's shipping receipt. If you find damage after opening your package(s)... please contact the carrier immediately and save all boxes and packing materials.

Upon receipt of your shipment please compare the contents of your shipment with the packing slip... if there are any discrepancies, please call Lengemann immediately (352.669.2111), so we may correct your order.

Claims made after 7 days from your receipt of order may be denied.

If you want to return an item, please contact Lengemann Corp's Customer Service department (352.669.2111) for a return authorization number within 30 days from the date of invoice. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking charge unless shipped by error of Lengemann or the product is defective.

Non-Returnable* items include:

  • Special order items 
  • Non-stocking items 
  • Imprinted items like custom flagging, tags, concrete markers, rebar caps/plugs, etc. 
*Non-returnable items maybe returned only after verification and if either Lengemann or vendor made an error on your order.

 We will not accept/receive returns shipped COD back to Lengemann Corporation.
